Hi, my name is Josi! I’m a certified massage therapist passionate about helping people reduce pain, improve mobility, and feel better in their daily lives. With a degree in integrative medicine, and a strong foundation in kinesiology and anatomy, I take a personalized approach to care by combining a variety of techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. My goal is to help clients feel better than when they arrived with tools to help support their long term health and well being. In my free time I am a competitive aerialist, amateur ballet dancer, and boy mom! When I’m not spending time with my little family, I enjoy being outside or curling up with a good book! I can’t wait to help you feel your best!
