Massage Therapist

Job  Description

The ideal candidate is a skilled and compassionate massage therapist who enjoys working in a collaborative, holistic clinic environment and is passionate about helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and support overall wellness. This part-time position (1–2 days per week) offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work alongside physical therapists in an integrative care model with one-on-one sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized therapeutic massage sessions based on client needs and goals

  • Communicate and collaborate with physical therapists and the wellness team to support patient care

  • Educate clients on self-care strategies to complement treatment

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided​

​

Qualifications

  • Active California Massage Therapy Certification (CAMTC) or license as required

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and therapeutic massage techniques

  • Experience with orthopedic or rehabilitation-focused massage preferred

  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset​

Ortho Physical Therapist

Job  Description

The ideal candidate has experience in treating a wide range of orthopedic and neurologic conditions and is looking for a caring, holistic clinic to provide quality care and make a real difference in patient's lives. Our clinic offers 40-60 minute one-on-one sessions with patients and flexible schedules, with opportunities for mentoring and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames

  • Prepare and submit clinical documentation based on identified and attained goals

  • Work with our wellness team and the patient's healthcare providers to offer your patient's the best course of treatment to address their needs​

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited physical therapy program

  • Active California Physical Therapy License​

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

Job  Description

The ideal candidate has experience in treating a wide range of pelvic floor conditions and is looking for a caring, holistic clinic to provide quality care and make a real difference in patient's lives. Our clinic offers 40-60 minute one-on-one sessions with patients and flexible schedules, with opportunities for mentoring and team collaboration.

Receptionist

Job  Description

Milestone Physical Therapy is looking for a positive and outgoing Front Desk Assistant to work in our clinic. This position includes, but is not limited to, interaction with patients while assisting the Physical Therapists in daily activities related to patient care. Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Schedule, greet, and escort patients and visitors to the appropriate areas of the clinic

  • Collect and document required insurance co-payments and direct payments

  • Answer phones with proper, courteous, and helpful telephone etiquette

  • Maintain professional attire and neat appearance at all times

  • Adhere to all HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and recordkeeping

  • Maintain punctuality to ensure the clinic is operating in an efficient and cost-effective manner

  • Coordinate and maintain patient paperwork and authorizations

  • Provide clerical support, including scanning and saving of documents

  • Perform sanitization procedures throughout the day

  • Complete supportive tasks in the clinic that may include folding linens and emptying trash receptacles

Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

  • Administrative/office experience preferred

  • Some college coursework, preferably in healthcare or business

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Good follow through and ability to work well with distractions that arise 

  • Previous experience using Google Docs/Sheets and electronic medical records systems

  • Occasional shift flexibility​

​

Anticipated schedule:

20-30 hours/week
