CORE PURPOSE

​The Core Purpose Training Program was developed by Pelvic Health Physical Therapists to help ensure that you effectively engage your core with every exercise.
The program includes:

1- Rehabilitative Ultrasound Session with a PT
 - 
3- One-on-One Exercise Sessions with personal instruction while building a core exercise program tailored to you.
