Cecylia Bates

Hi! My name is Cecylia Bates and I am the Office Manager here at Milestone Physical Therapy. I started working here in 2020 and absolutely love it. I’ve worked as an administrative assistant in a variety of fields but none have been as gratifying as being part of this team. I feel very lucky to work in such a positive and uplifting environment.

We truly have a wonderful bunch of well-rounded therapists here. When patients call to schedule, I love that I can confidently recommend a provider who I know has the knowledge and expertise to provide the best individualized care. I’m proud of the kindness and compassion that goes into the treatment of each of our patients, and I’m happy to be a part of that. 

When I’m not at the clinic, you can find me attempting to justify purchasing more plants, working on home projects, hosting bands recording songs in my living room for a weekly music series with my husband, and cuddling with my old lady dog, Luna.
